Privacy Policy | Sowilo 24

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sowilo 24 Studios ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Sowilo 24 mobile app (the "App") and our website, sowilo24studios.com.

1. Information the App uses

You can use the App without an account. If you choose to create an account or sign in, the App shows your name, email address, phone number and your bookings (including the amount paid). This information is stored by our website platform, Wix.com, in the same account you use on sowilo24studios.com. The App does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not track you across other apps or websites.

2. Bookings and payments

When you book a session, the App shows live availability and prices from our booking calendar. Payment is completed on our secure checkout page, run by Wix.com and its payment providers. Your booking details (such as your name, email address and phone number) are used only to manage your booking and to contact you about it. You can read Wix's privacy policy at wix.com/about/privacy.

3. Contacting us through other apps

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, by email, or through our social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads), the App opens that service. Those services handle your information under their own privacy policies. We use the messages you send us only to reply to you.

4. How long we keep information

We keep your account until you delete it. We keep booking and contact information only for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

5. Your rights and deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the App (Account tab, then "Delete account"). Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can also ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@sowilo24studios.com.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
