Sowilo 24 Studios – Studio Rules & Booking Terms
• Your booking time includes setup, shooting, cleaning and pack-down.
• Overtime is chargeable and depends on how long you stay past your end time.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking are non-refundable.
• Where possible, we may offer one reschedule within that 48-hour window, subject to availability.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Late arrival does not extend your session and unused time is not refunded.
• Extra cleaning fees may apply if the studio is left very dirty or messy.
• Damage to walls, furniture, props, equipment or facilities will be charged at a reasonable repair or replacement cost.
• By confirming and/or paying for your booking, you agree to these rules and accept responsibility for any overtime, cleaning, damage or repair charges.
